GETTING AROUND KO TAO

Ko Tao developed the major concrete road from the North since Sairee to Chalok Baan Kao as the end of South and the main village Mae Haad in Middle part. The traveler can hire the motorcycle about 150 Baht / Day and Jeep about 1000 Baht / Day with deposit and passport is require.

The driver needs to drive be carefully from the road is steep trails, shape curves, sand and grit, potholes, washed out tracks and must to observed and suicidal dogs like sleeping on the roads and narrow way.
The Minibus (Songtheaw) and Motorbike Taxi price are not fix and fare will be double on the darkness. Thus you need to negotiate about the price with the driver before ride.
