PHANOM RUNG HISTORICAL PARK

Phanom Rung Historical Park is very popular place for travelers to visit the stone ruin of Khmer style around Lop Buri era on 1000 years old. Phanom Rung Historical Park situated on top of mountain 1320 feet above the sea level. The travellers can get the motor cycle taxi from Ban Toko to Prasat Phanom Rung, the fare is 170 Baht for roundtrip. Phanom Rung estbalished for sanctuary Hindu Shrine of the Sivaite sect with Shiva as the ruling god. The monument built in continuous from 9th to 12th.

The attraction place is fabulous staircase of three platforms leading to the first pavilion and then there is a stone path. It has small posts along its sides leading to the Naga Bridge with laterite pavilions.

KHAO KRADONG PARK

Khao Kradong Park is an extinct volcano which the brink of the volcano keeps the small pool whole the year. Khao Kradong Park is location 6 km. from the City. The Khao Kradong established the sits Phra Suphatbophit, a large Buddha image sacred to the Buri Ram villagers.
