Phitsanulok was ancient province capital at period of reign of
King Borotrailoknat. Phitsanulok is the important place of Thailand;
here was the birthplace of King Naresuan the Great of Ayutthaya
(1590 - 1605) and his brother Prince Ekathosarot.

WAT PHRA SI RATTANA MAHATHAT
Villager called the "Wat Yai" , this famous wat is home
to Phra Buddha Chinnarat. Which it is located near the Naresuan
Bridge on the city side of the river. The temple is the most famous
of Phra Buddha Chinnara. Which the temple was built in 1357 in the
reign of Phra Maha Thmma Racha I (Phraya Lithai). Until 1631, King
Ekatosarot command the gold coating to the Buddha. We commend you
to visit the most beautiful image buddha in Thailand.
WAT RATCHABURANA AND WAT NANG PHYA
Wat Ratchaburana located near the Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat
which assumed to built in period of King Boromtrailokanat. We commend
you to visit there.
WAT CHULAMANI
Thies temple located 5 km to the south of Phitsanulok which this
place is popular for studies by students of archaeology and Thai
Arts.
SHIRNE OF KING NARESUAN THE GREAT
Shirne of King Naresuan located within the Phittayakom School which
the depicts the seated King ceremoniously declaring Ayuthaya's independence
from Burma.
FOLK MUSEUM
This place is very attractive museum for its collections of all
folkarts, crafts, basketry, pottery and ancient kitchen. Which this
museum located opposite the Buranathai Buddha Image foundry, Wisutkasat
Rd. The museum is open every day.
BUDDHA CASTING FACTORY
We commend you to visit the casting of a huge range of bronze Buddha
image. This factory located the near the Folk Museum.
PHU HIN RONG KLA NATIONAL PARK
This National Park located the 120 km from City. In the past, this
area was one of the red area of government in 1960s which the Communist
Party of Thailand was setup the head office in this area. Around
area are full the hills as stone forest.
PHUHINRONGKLA NATIONAL PARK
The major attaction is "Lan Hin Taek" natural reached.
Which you can see the various of large stone broken and very good
top view from there.
