1. Do I receive a ticket when I book a seat on an online
flight ticket?
Services Department will send the ticket code for your flight
by email which customer need to print out the ticket code
and please remember to bring along your Identity Card (IC)
or Passport for Check-In purposes.

2. Can I change my reservation (name, route, date and time
changes)?
If customer wish to change any of the details of your booking
e.g. route, date and time, you must inform us of your changes
more than 7 business days before the scheduled departure of
your flight.
Changes to your booking will incur a Flight Change Fee of Baht
400 per guest per sector and this can only be done at our Call
Centres or at any of our Airline's walk-in airport stations
and sales offices.

3. Can I purchase an open AirAsia ticket?
Airline flights are point to point. This means customer have
to check yourself and your baggage out, and check-in again for
an onward flight. Airline will not be liable for any delays
or missed connections because of this requirement.

4. In the event that I miss my onward flight as a result of
my first flight being delayed, will Airline put me on next available
flight or refund my ticket?
No, Airline operates on a point-to-point basis and will not
be held responsible for the consequence of any delays experienced
while flying Airline.

5.What happens if my name is not on the list but I am sure
I have made a booking?
If customer have made a booking, customer should have a booking
number and flight details.
If customer cannot remember your booking number, customer
should mention your name - the same way when your booking
was made. Our experience tells us that sometimes name details
may have been entered differently into the system at point
of booking. Hence, try to search for full names or using other
details.

Baggage
|
1. How much baggage can I check-in on Airline flights?
Each guest is allowed 15 kilograms of checked-in baggage. Checked
baggage in excess of 15 kilograms is subject to excess baggage
charge.

2. How much hand luggage (unchecked baggage) can I bring onboard
Airline flights?
Each guest is allowed to carry one small piece of hand luggage
(unchecked baggage), which must not exceed 7 kilograms. If we
feel that your hand luggage exceeds the requirement, we will
advise you to check it in as checked-in baggage. In the event
that your total checked-in baggage exceeds 15 kilograms, an
excess baggage charge will be incurred. |

Check-In

1. When and how do I check-in?
Our Airline check-in counters open 2 hours prior to scheduled
flight departures. Kindly proceed to the check-in counters displaying
the Airline logo for check-in. Check-in counters close 45 minutes
(not a second later or earlier!) before the scheduled departure. |

2. Can I check-in at any time on the day of departure?
Yes, as long as it is 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure. |

3. Can I reserve seats when I check-in?
Airline operates a 'free seating' policy on board our aircraft.
Therefore, we advise all guests to be at the boarding gate prior
to the commencement of boarding. |

Delays and Cancellation of Flights
|
1. What is Airline's procedure for delayed flights?
In the event of a delayed flight we make every effort to contact
guests in advance to inform them of the rescheduled departure.
This is done through our SMS service. Because of this each time
you book a flight with us, it is very important that you leave
a correct and contactable hand phone number. |

2. Does Airline offer standby tickets?
No. As a matter of policy, Airline does not offer stand-by tickets
to guests. All guests booked on a flight are guaranteed a seat. |

3. What are the implications of using an Airline flight to
connect to another flight?
We do not encourage you to book Airline flights in conjunction
with other bookings. |

4. What is Airline's policy if a flight is cancelled?
Airline has 3 options available to guests to protect their investment
in the event that an Airline flight is cancelled:
i) Guests can be transferred to the next available Airline flight
without any additional charges.
ii) The fare value of the flight can be retained in a credit
shell with Airline for future travel within one year.
iii) Fare is refundable within 14 working days. |

5. If I want a refund - what do I do?
Simple - ask the Airline walk-in counters staff for a refund
form. Fill in your particulars and ensure that the Airline Officer
In-Charge signs on the form. You will then be refunded in 30
days. |

6. Am I entitled for a refund if I cancel my flight?
No. We will not refund your money should you cancel your trip
once your booking is paid for. However, you will be required
to make a fresh booking on selected flight, date and time immediately
and a new flight itinerary will be issued. A flight change fee
of Baht 300 per guest per sector will be imposed. |
