With our new on-line reservation service, you're in full control of your travel plans. Now you can make your own reservations for Domestic Thailand bus worldwide, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any PC with an Internet connection.

To arrange your reservation, please choose schedule of bus and reservation your booking on-line. If you confirm tickets and payment complete, I will be send the available ticket to your address within 96 hours of making your reservation.

For specific information regarding your personal profile, trip plan etc, please return to home and type your username and password. It will show the your profile and trip plan.


Instructions

Bus Ticket Availability : If you are already fill the Domestic Bus Reservation Form and click on the "Submit" button. Your flight will
check and booking within 24 hours. The service department will send the email reservation your domestic Bus and seat follow your profile.

Bus Itinerary and Fares : The Bus Itinerary and Fares page displays the details of your reservation and fares. You may also approximately view that fare in another currency by clicking on the "Currency Converter" button.

Confirmation : The Confirmation page notifies that your reservation is successfully created with details of confirmation code, all passengers' names, as well as Bus itinerary. You may also see trip plan details by go to " Check Trip " which we will send to the email of Check Trip Page to customers for confirm Bus ticket.

Payment : The Payment for Domestic Bus ticket is done by direct debit to your credit card. Once you agree to the fare on the "Ticket Confirm" screen, the price of the ticket is autormatically deducted. Any refund is also directly credited to your card.

When should I check in at Bus Terminal ?
Domestic Bus: Check-in counters open 4 hours before scheduled departure time, except for early morning train schedule check-in time may begin 1 hours before scheduled departure time. The check-in counter will close 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. Please be aware that during rush hour. Plan accordingly.
Which items are prohibited in checked and carryon baggage?
Magnetized, inflammable, corrosive, radioactive, oxidizing, or explosive articles, pressurized gasses, munitions, or fireworks are prohibited in checked or unchecked baggage. Strong-smelling materials, food or fruit, lighter fuel and refills, infected live animals, or weapons may not be taken aboard the bus terminal.
What if I need special assistance?
Bus Terminal's Special Unit Officers are stationed at various points around the Departure Hall to aid passengers needing special assistance. Wheelchairs are available.
What if I lose my ticket?
If you lose an entire or a partially-used ticket, please contact the Service department immediately. Refund or replacement of the ticket is at Bus Terminal Center's discretion and requires your presenting proof of loss. In some cases, you may be asked to buy a new ticket and file a claim for a refund later.
What if I have to cancel my ticket?
Please cancel your reservation as soon as you intend to change your travel plans. Bus route changes or cancellation should be made at least 7 days prior to train route departure.
All of cancellation is received 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to get-in date. : Refund will be given 50% of cost ticket.
If I cancel, can I get a refund?
Refunds may be granted if a refund application is filed with Bus Terminal Center is not more than 30 days after the ticket's expiration date. A service charge is assessed to cover refund processing.
