PAYMENT POLICY

METHOLD OF PAYMENT

Tour Department need the travelers of fullpayment of the all tour program before arrival in Bangkok or any Provinces of Thailand unless prior arrangements have been made for credit facilities. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and Tours for the booking in question without further notice.

The traveler can reserves the tour programs in advance by Online Secure Credit Card Form.

CONFIRMATION PROCESS

Prepaid Rate Tour Programs Reservation

Tour Department will send the Tour Program Voucher upon payment via e-mail. Which you can display the Tour Program Voucher with our staff then they call to your room for pick-up at hotel.

You do not pay the cost of tour program charges with tour operator's staff again. Only other expenses such as shopping, personal expense and, etc.

CANCELLATION FEE PROCESS

Hotel, restaurant contractors or any other companies related to the travel Tours will charge cancellation fees depening on the circumstances. In case of, any cancellation charges are levied by them ,these charge will be billed to you through thailandday

Refund and No Show

After commencement of tour, no refund, in full or in part, will be given for Tours included in the programs which they are not unilised. All reservations requested will be replied by fax or e-mail within two business day. If you do not receive any reply from Tour Department within this period, kindly resend your request as the messages could have been garbled or lost in transmission. Proff of sending is not proof of receipt.

GROUP BOOKING / QUOTATION REQUIREMENT

Tour Department propose special rates for group which they will be provided upon request. The deposit should be paid upon confirmation of booking or depend on the requirement from hotel. Other arrangement which it is not listed in this contract rate. Please send you requirement directly to Tours Department at : tour@thailandday.com

CHILD RATES

Child prices apply to those aged 2 years and above but below 12 years.

INFANT RATES

Child under 2 years is free of charge for all program

RATE EXCLUDES

Beverages, lunches, dinners, laundry, room Tour, cable and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance,
airfares, airport taxes and all other items not specified in the tour program.

LIABILITY

EKA Computer Service Co., Ltd. act only as an agent for carriers, travel agency companies, hotels and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularites caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control, EKA Computer Service Co., Ltd. also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
