PAYMENT POLICY
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Service department need the travelers of full payment of the all
bus ticket before arrival in Bangkok unless prior arrangements have
been made for credit facilities. Otherwise we reserve the right
to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question
without further notice.
The traveler can reserves the bus ticket in advance by Fax Credit
Card details using our Credit
Card Detail Form.
DELIVERY THE BUS TICKET
Services department can booking the bus ticket start from Bangkok
to any up country of Thailand. Our policy for delivery the bus ticket;
Services department will send the staff delivery the bus ticket
to customer by hand at any hotels in Bangkok area and Bangkok International
Airport. Thus Services department do not authorized the sending
the original bus ticket to overseas and upcountry of Thailand.
Thus Services department can not support delivery the bus ticket
start from upcountry of Thailand to Bangkok.
CONFIRMATION PROCESS
Prepaid Rate Bus Ticket Reservation
Service department will check the seat available for customers;
if the seats are available Service department send the e-mail for
request the full payment for reservation the seats.
All bus ticket included the Passenger Service Charge (PCS) and
Insurance Surcharge for all domestic departures.
CANCELLATION FEE PROCESS
Services Department request to charge the cancellation fees for
Bus ticket charge 50% of cost per ticket.
CHILD RATES
Child prices apply to those aged 2 years and above but below 7
years.
INFANT RATES
Child under 2 years is free of charge for all program
LIABILITY
North Star Alliance Co., Ltd. act only as an agent for carriers,
travel agency companies, hotels, tickets and all other contractors
and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss,
damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused
or arising from circumstances beyond their control, North Star AllianceCo.,
Ltd. also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without
notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
